Product Quality
At Pob's Brick Shop we stock a large selection of both new & used LEGO pieces, minifigures and instructions. All items, new and used are handled with care and are stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
USED items
All items have been cleaned and are stored away in organiser boxes and away from direct sunlight. We strive to only offer used bricks in great to almost new condition, but anything we consider of poorer quality will say so in the description. Some general light scratching, nicks or discolouration maybe present which all tend to come with used, played with bricks. Some stickered pieces maybe off-centre or even applied upside down. Some parts may be put together for packaging purposes and/or to keep the price of postage for the buyer to a minimum.
If you don't like your Lego to have light playwear, which may include small scratches, dinks on edges, colour differences or discolouration, etc, then please consider buying new.
Most used minifigures should be in a good-great condition, unless stated otherwise. We do not differentiate between head types. We have tried to discard any damaged or heavily soiled/played with parts and strive to supply only quality products to our valued customers. We try not to list any minifigure parts/full figures with bite marks or cracks in the plastic. Used figures will be sent already built. Some figures may have some slight playwear, please consider this before committing to a purchase.
NEW items
All new items are sorted straight from new, sealed sets and handled with great care and for as short a time as possible. The items will then be stored in organiser boxes away from direct sunlight. Please bear in mind that we cannot be at fault for damaged/malfunctioning parts within new sets. All new figures will be sent un-built and kept in separate zip lock bags to any used items in the same order.
Where possible we will add multiple pieces to a zip lock bag to reduce plastic use, used items may come joined together to save space and keep postage to a minimum, no new pieces will be joined together.
Order Processing
Handling Fee
All orders will incur a small handling fee to cover PayPal charges, packing materials and picking time.
0.75p for upto £15 orders, £1.20 for £15-25 orders, £2.00 for £25-50 orders, £3.00 for any orders £50 and £4.00 for orders over £80.00.
Evri (Formerly Hermes)
we will strive to process and post all orders within 3 working days. Insurance will be added to Evri shipping costs for orders exceeding £20 unless the customer requests otherwise, although we would not be liable for any loss or damage in transit without it.
Royal Mail
For orders sent via Royal Mail we will try to post within 3 working days but may be longer due to the distance to the post office, amount of orders received or if the order is on the large side. There are several options available including 1st and 2nd class standard, signed for and tracked 24/48, each of these options offer different levels of cover. Any order exceeding 2kg/£100 will need to be sent by Evri.
Delivery
We pack our orders in grip seal bags then send them in either padded envelopes or postal boxes. We will strive to get orders packaged and despatched within 3 working days of receiving full payment. Larger orders may need a lengthier processing time.
Refunds
Refunds or part-refunds will only be considered if you receive an error within your order and, depending on size or value, may need returning to us (at the cost of the buyer) before the refund is issued. If you are unhappy with any damage to your Lego then consider buying new. We are not liable If the order is lost in transit by the delivery provider. Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order. If a piece(s) are missing a refund will be given, rather than sending a replacement out.
Feedback
We appreciate that our customers support our efforts by leaving us (hopefully positive) feedback, and once the order is marked completed, we will then always leave feedback. If you do have an issue please contact us to try and find a resolution before leaving bad feedback.
